Honoring Darkness, Welcoming Light: A Winter Solstice Guided Meditation and Teaching @ Unwined on White

As the leaves finish falling, we are reminded as humans to also shed what is no longer needed from the season past to prepare for new growth. This guided winter solstice practice uses mythological teachings and a meditation inspired by C.G. Jung’s teachings on alchemy to help us align with nature and nurture our own inner growth and transformation.

We will begin with a teaching from the Aztec tradition that assists us in accessing our own darkness….
